Cardiac Rehab
Why integrate the Advanced Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) into your rehabilitation program at your rehabilitation center?
Benefits:
- First continuous watch type heart rate monitor without a cumbersome chest strap
- Up-to-date objective heart rate data collection for prescribed off-site exercise program
- Improved communication between the clinical staff, physician, and the director thru the availability of the exercise data to be recorded on a computer
- Increase in patient’s comfort and confidence in the rehabilitation program
- Comfortable and confident patients are happier and more likely to recommend your center to others
The integration of the Advanced HRM into Phase II (in-home exercise program) will be done after the patient has 1 to 2 weeks of monitored exercise sessions. The HRM will be preset for the patients to exercise within the prescribed Training Heart Rate (THR) range at home. Then by downloading and reviewing the HRM data at the rehab center, the clinical staff and the preferred physician will have the opportunity to update the exercise prescription.
How each segment in the rehabilitation program gets value added:
